Oriskin Mitra Estetik is the therapist-side companion system for the Home Service ecosystem. It supports freelance aesthetic partners who handle customer appointments outside the clinic.

The concept is similar to a partner application inside a larger customer platform. Customers book services, while therapist partners need workflows for assignments, status updates, and service completion.

# My Role

I contributed on the backend side with Go, supporting workflows connected to appointment assignment and therapist operations.

# Technical Direction

The backend coordinates therapist-facing workflows with the customer-facing Home Service system. The implementation focuses on reliable state transitions and clear integration points between customer, operations, and therapist flows.

Mitra Estetik supports the operational side of Oriskin's home service model by giving therapist partners a structured workflow around assigned appointments.
