# Overview

Oriskin Home Service lets customers use purchased non-medical treatments by booking an appointment at their own location, such as a home or another selected place.

# Business Context

The product extends Oriskin's clinic experience beyond branch visits. It helps customers who have already purchased eligible treatments schedule service without needing to come directly to a clinic.

# My Role

I worked as a freelance backend engineer using Go. My focus was the backend workflow that supports customer scheduling, service availability, assignment, and operational state changes.

# Technical Direction

The backend is built with Go and integrates with customer-facing and internal interfaces. The design centers on workflow state, availability checks, assignment coordination, and clear API boundaries for the applications around it.

Home Service helps Oriskin customers receive eligible non-medical treatment without visiting a clinic, extending customer convenience while still supporting internal operational coordination.
