# Overview

Oriskin is a customer-facing digital experience for a beauty clinic business with more than 80 branches across Indonesia. The platform helps members browse products, treatments, and packages that combine multiple products and services into one purchase flow.

# Business Context

The main users are Oriskin customers and members. The product supports a large customer base across a nationwide clinic network, so the experience needs to be clear, predictable, and easy to use for both discovery and repeat member activity.

# My Role

I worked across the fullstack with Next.js. The backend services in Python and Rust, as well as Flutter work, were handled by other engineers.

My contribution focused on product and treatment browsing, authentication and member flows, and the customer dashboard experience.

# Technical Direction

The web application uses Next.js for the customer-facing surface. The system sits alongside backend services and mobile work handled by the broader engineering team.

My focus was keeping the fullstack flow understandable and maintainable while supporting catalog-style browsing, member state, and dashboard-oriented UI.

# Outcome / Impact

The platform supports Oriskin's customer experience across 80+ branches and a customer/member base that can approach nearly one million users.
